Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days for in-stock items.
- Custom or made-to-order products may require 5–15 business days for processing.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become available.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional reshipping fees may apply.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by customs inspections, weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
